Adorable Baby Doll Dress with floral patter and lace collar

This dress is really too charming! The cute look is perfectly checked by the short length. The bottom part of this dress is gathered and has two layers of fabric. Underneath the skirt part there is a sheer black tutu that give it extra puff! This dress has a white lace collar and it zips up the back. (Black sequin belt not included)

Please measure yourself and then check those measurements to the ones given below before purchasing this dress! I would guess this dress would fit a size extra small or small, but since sizes can vary please make sure to check the measurements. Tag says Anne Savoy size 7 made in the U.S.A.
