Felted Stained Glass Beret - knit

Create your own unique "Felted Stained Glass Beret". The tessellating fans are outlined in black which makes the top of the beret look like a stained glass window.
The beret begins at the head band and is worked upwards. The fan shapes are knit individually in rounds and joined as you knit. The pattern may look complicated, but it's not and once you start you will not want to put your knitting down!

Dimensions: The beret as shown has a 21 1/2" headband which can be adjusted plus or minus for a custom fit during the felting process. The top of the beret is 11" to 12" across depending on the size dinner plate used after felting.
