Mediterranean Muse Earrings - Light Classical Collection
Description
Part of my Light Classical Collection, a playful tribute to ancient Greek and Roman style, with mythological motifs.Colorful ear ornaments that evoke the sea and sky, and the art of antiquity.
The focal beads are vintage Italian lucite, ivory-colored with a cameo of a Roman woman on both sides, accented with golden detail.
She wears an elaborate hairstyle with a wreath of vines.
Brilliant blue dolomite marble beads and pale blue faceted glass beads are stacked with gold plated filigree bead caps and spacers.
The columns of beads dangle about 1 3/4" and are hand wire-wrapped to elegant 24k twisted vermeil earwires.
