Copper Kaleidoscope and Oak Stand

Description

This is something new for us. John was experimenting with some mirror last winter and came up with this design, but now makes it with superior materials. It is a 9.5" x 3/4" copper kaleidoscope with three front-surfaced mirrors inside and all-glass lenses at both ends. It does not have an attached container, thus you can look at anything and see it reflected a multitude of times (extremely clearly due to the front-surfaced mirrors).

The included stand is all oak and has a 9"x5.5" base. Together they measure ~11" tall. The kaleidoscope is attached by industrial-strength hook and loop fastener, and is therefore removable. Stand is varnished & stained, and copper is coated to prevent tarnish and resist fingerprints.
This is a very toy for adults and a lovely gift.
