Botswana Agate, 'Corsage Ring' sterling silver flower ring.

A beautiful Botswana agate surfaces here again. If you know my jewellery you might have noticed that I am extremely partial to this stone. I love it. But.........It has to be highly patterned, it has to have sharp crisp lines, it has to have a regular pattern that your eye can follow, and a range of beautiful coffee and cream colours.

This stone has it all...............and I adore it.

I didn't want to overwhelm it so it got me thinking....what does a beautiful woman do to accentuate her beauty....but not overpower it?
She might add a flower? Maybe to her hair, tucked behind her ear, on a lapel, in a button hole, on her wrist or a bride with a bouquet.

And so became the corsage ring. A beauty of a stone set in a sterling silver, handmade bezel, and adorned with a simple corsage of sterling silver hammered flowers.

The ring was oxidized to highlight the details and buffed to add depth.

I added my initals to the back and the sterling silver mark .925.

The top of the ring measures:37mm x 28mm
and it is a size: 8.5 (USA) and R (UK)
