This is not only perfect for the classy steampunk lady on a lovely night out, but also fantastic to throw over a mess of hair when you're going to go biking.These pheasant feathers are glued onto fabric which I have hand stitched to a high quality black metal comb. Then I attached a fabulous watch face along with a beautiful brass stamping. I know you're going to love this!
