Double Sea Turtles 6x6 Tile

Description

Two sea turtles catch a wave together swimming along their migratory paths in their aquatic playground. This tile pairs up nicely with my single Sea Turtle tile, the wave motif lines up, undulating behind the group of three turtles.

This relief tile is hand pressed in stoneware and glazed in green, which is sponged off the raised portions, emphasizing its sculptural dimension. An additional application of deep blue green glaze accents the wave motif.

Tile measures roughly 5 and 5/8 inches high by 5 and 5/8 inches wide and is about 5/8 of an inch thick at the edges to about an inch deep at its thickest point.

It is notched on the back so it can hang on a nail.
