Dragonfly Pendant

Description

Dragonflies are a very important symbol in Japanese culture. They are symbols of courage, strength, and happiness and often appear in Japanese art and literature.

To me, dragonflies are one of my fond memories of childhood. Whether it was through a game of catch and release, wearing one of my summer kimonos with dragonflies printed all over it, or standing in a field full of dragonflies with my finger in the air in hopes of one landing on it.

This beautiful dragonfly pendant is made of fine silver. It has been slightly oxidized and then polished so that the image stands out more. The pendant hangs on a 16 inch sterling silver chain.
