Dichroic Pansy Vessel

Description

This is a really pretty vessel that I made during a "vessel" phase. Please note that it actually has a fairly small sized opening. I think I made it on a 5/32" mandrel so the hole is not much bigger than those of a regular bead. The hole does not go all the way through. I do have corks that fit this size hole and will include one or two with the vessel. I can direct you to a website with great instructions for making a wire wrapped collar to hang the vessel from and for making a stopper with the cork and your choice of findings and beads. The website owner has given me permission to send you there.

This vessel has a transparent sky-blue core which I wrapped in a blue-green, sparkling, dichroic glass. I added vines and little red accent flowers. The main flowers go all the way around the vessel and each one has handmade stamen cane in the center. The whole design is encased in a layer of clear glass.

Measurements: 43.1mm tall by 19.8mm across at the shoulder.

All my beads are digitally annealed for durability
