Gingersnap Handmade Olive Oil Soap

Description

What could be better than gingersnap in the fall! The smell of this soap will have you thinking "ahhhhhh, I must be at Grandma's house!".

This soap was made by me, from scratch, using the cold process method. All the good glycerine is left in the soap during this process. No animal fats or by-products were used, making this a vegan friendly soap.

Oils and additives used:

Olive Oil, for its mildness and conditioning. Olive oil softens skin and attracts moisture.
Coconut Oil for its ability to produce bubbly lather, and to help harden the soap.
Sweet Almond Oil for its conditioning, and its ability to help create a stable lather.
Grapeseed Oil for its ability to absorb into skin without leaving a greasy feeling. Grapeseed oil is rich in linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid quite important for the skin and the cell membranes.
Wheat Germ Oil, because it is so good to "mature" skin. Wheat germ oil is very rich in vitamin E making it a natural antioxidant. It nourishes dry and cracked skin, and helps to sooth such skin problems as eczema and psoriasis.
Fragrance Oil.
Cinnamon

Each bar is a hefty 5oz.

The edges of the bars are currently unbeveled, but if you would like them beveled, just drop a note in the customer comments when ordering.
