ethanol wine decanter
Description
The etched design on this glass decanter or carafe is based on the ethanol molecule, the type of alcohol in alcoholic drinks. The atoms are rendered as circles (solid=carbon, open=oxygen, small=hydrogen) and the bonds between them are suggested, not explicitly drawn.The design is hand sandblasted (by me) on a 34 oz glass classic-styled, hand blown (not by me) decanter (about 12 inches tall). It would be a great gift or conversation piece when entertaining.
