This is a set of 8 matching Fiber Care tags. Attach them to your lovely handknits, telling the lucky recipient what fibers you used, and how to properly care for them!

This "Lambs Go For A Ride" design began with a vintage snapshot I found irresistible: two lambs riding in a Sunkist orange crate in the back of a pickup truck!

I restored then digitally altered and colorwashed the photo with shades of rose and peach, and placed it against a vintage floral chintz fabric, finished with a peach satin ribbon tie.

Fiber Care Wording

On the back, I print Fiber Care text, reading "Hand Knit for You!", "Fiber Content:", and "Fiber Care", with the image of a sheep smiling up from the corner.

Custom Text Choices

As I create each set of tags individually to your order, you can also choose any alternate text you like, such as "Crocheted" or "Hand Spun" instead of "Hand Knit"; or "Happy Birthday", "Be My Valentine", "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Holidays". Whatever you like! Just let me know in Notes to Seller, or email me.

How I Make Them

I hand-cut each tag to measure approximately 3-1/2 inches x 2 inches, and attach a matching satin tie. (The ribbon may vary slightly from that shown here, but will always be peach or pink unless you request otherwise!)

I print my design on heavyweight 80-lb. cream card stock, using a color laser for a sharp, finely detailed permanent image.
