This is a gorgeous and beautifully detailed vintage 1960's navy mod dress. The hem of the dress and ends of the sleeves are finished in a jumbo scallop with amazing floral embroidery and floral decals that are sewn in on top of the embroidery for a stand out effect. Gorgeous sheer bell sleeves and an adorable ruffle neckline.

This dress is made with incredible detail and its beautifully constructed.
