The ceremony is over, and the newlyweds fly off, dancing across the night, over the ocean, the mountains, toward the moon. Two sweet doves watch over them....in this Chagall - influenced piece.

It is artist-made in swirling vibrant hues. It is incredibly detailed, while keeping the Waldorf tradition of leaving their expressions to the imagination. Part of what brings this work to life is my signature style of creating my pieces with in a bas relief - The bride's skirt and veil literally, off the background, as do the groom's dancing legs

This tapestry will be a wonderful wedding, anniversary or shower gift...it will enhance any room in the house... and become an heirloom collectible for generations to come.

The piece is signed by the artist on back and dated, and is needle felted from scratch using a variety of hand dyed wools and organic batting. At it's core is a piece of pre-made wool felt for stability. I have affixed a wool hanging hooks on back to leave display options open.

Each of my pieces is truly one of a kind, made in a smoke free environment...with a friendly kitty nearby. No patterns, glue or thread were used.
