Introducing Winnie the not quite so good witch of the South. While she is definately not a bad witch in the strictest sense, she does like to play tricks on people. So if I was you I would check my shoes for toads before putting them on!She measures about 10 inches from her toes to the top of her pointy hat. She is wearing her favorite colors, orange, green and black.
