It is appliqued on a white onesie.
The Fisher Price brand size 3-6 months Onesie was used in this item. It has a snap neckline and crotch for easy fitting.
The fun I had in creating, drawing patterns and finding swatches of fabric in my scrap box make these a very special outfit.
