Recycled Jewelry Spinning Flower Earrings from upcycled aluminum

These earrings are full of movement and versatility! The flower spins freely with each movement of your head. Very fun!

Production is time and labor intensive but the result is so striking and fun! People tease me for putting so much work into recycled metal earrings but my goal is to make them great looking and fun to wear! The ear wires are engineered to give them lots of movement when you wear them!

Recycled metal is hand washed, cut, textured and assembled individually into each unique pair of earrings. Recycled aluminum is double layered and annealed to make them quite sturdy. LAYERED, NOT BACKED BY STICKY FOAM LIKE MANY OTHERS. I handle the metal like a metal smith. Note the embossing which I then distress to emphasize the raised design. The embossing accomplishes two tasks; adding interest and creating an anneal that adds rigidity and durability to the pieces. Pieces are self layered and edges filed for excellent stability, rigidity and safety. Extremely durable- wear them anywhere!

These earrings measure approximately 2 inches long to the tip of the flower. Silver colored wires are hand formed and hammered using silver colored jewelry wire by myself.
