Green Leaves

Description

Silky soft and literally very green. This piece is 66% silky soft bamboo mixed in with a lighter green with flecks of grey hemp / cotton tweed yarn. It was knit to be worn as a lightweight wrap around the neck scarf that can be worn in multiple ways, even as a necklace.

Bamboo is considered a sustainable fiber due to the fact it is easy to grow and harvest. Hemp, is also a durable fiber, used for many centuries. When blended with other fibers, it becomes softer. It is also a great fiber to wear, and both bamboo and hemp are breathable. Bamboo is also known for antibacterial properties.

This piece is 3 1/2 " wide and the total length is 23" (it is sewn from a shorter 56" scarf)
