Red Rose -- Wrist Corsage Cuff

Description

This is a two rose corsage attached to a cuff style bracelet. Each rose is made from a total of 14 origami cranes. Three small gold foil cranes fill in the spaces between and on the side of the roses. Six green foil cranes, three on each side, form "leaves" branching from either side. Total number of origami cranes in this piece totals 37. There are 2 bows, one under each "branch" of "leaves" made from wired red chiffon ribbon.

The bracelet has a flexible plastic base wrapped in red satin ribbon, and is 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) wide. The inside circumference is 5 inches (12.7 cm), but the cuff can flex open to fit a larger sized wrist. The arrangement rises about 4 inches (10.16 cm) above the wrist.

This would also work as a corsage for any prom or formal event.
