Heather Bailey just has the best fabric and this outfit just showcases the lovely patterns of her fabric. The Madison Dress has a shirred neckline and hem with a button back. The skirt is perfect for twirls and spins. The pants are adorable with their 3 layers of coordinating ruffles. Pants can be worn under dress for cool weather or seperatly with a tank or tee. Pants have an elastic waist.

Outfit available in sizes 6m - 8. Outfit will be custom made to your measurements.
