Little Girls' Poncho Easy Crochet Pattern PDF

This easy-to-crochet openwork poncho will keep your little girl warm and stylish this fall! I designed this pattern for my granddaughter and other young ladies from ages 5 to 9, but is stylish enough that older sisters may want one, too!

This poncho is created in two rectangular sections which are crocheted together. The openwork pattern is a simple-to-do "V" stitch pattern of double crochet and chain stitches that make a lacy, yet cozy, casual fall coverup.

This crochet poncho requires about 8 ounces of knitting worsted weight yarn and crochet hook size H. The finished project measures about 13-1/2" from neck to wrist, and 18" from the neck edge to the bottom point, but the pattern can be easily adjusted by using a smaller or larger hook.
