Rose Reef - Beaded Necklace

Description

This whimsical necklace is made with Czech glass seed beads, dyed shells, freshwater pearls, mother of pearl chips, and glass beads, using a variety of bead weaving techniques. Colors include pink, red, green, white and brown.

A random assortment of ocean-themed beads and embellishment create a fun and light necklace that combines the beauty of a tropical reef with the warm shades of a rose garden in full bloom. Between the glass and shell beads are clusters of pink coral fringe, green leaves and sandy colored peyote or gourd stitch.

The beadwork is connected end to end, creating a continuous chain of beads and fringe that can be worn long, wrapped, or even lariat style. Perfect for any nature lover, this underwater garden can be worn with a variety of outfits, and would look lovely with a tank top or sun dress.

The total length of the necklace is 49 inches (124.5 cm).
