Ancient healing and spiritual traditions burn herbs to create an immediate sense of the sacred and connection with the divine. All herbs and flowers are organically grown in my own garden close to San Francisco Bay or obtained locally.

Releasing the smoke from this charged herbal blend clears out negative energies, cleanses a person or space, and restores balance. These powerful smudge sticks are bound VERY tightly and packed full of herbs and flowers - they smolder for a long time. Great for travel, fit well in a drawer.

The actual smudges you receive may vary from the pictures due to previous purchase and seasonal availability of flowers and herbs. "Petite size" - about 6 inches long - huge in color and fragrance! Fresh smudges need to dry for about 2 weeks before burning - and the fragrance lasts for ages. Usually a selection of dry and fresh smudges is available (please let me know if you have a preference). Information on conducting a Sacred Smoke Blessing is included, also on the herbs used.
