Beehive Necklace
Description
These lampwork glass beads are shimmering with copper and silver swirls that remind me of little beehives. I used 18 gauge sterling silver square wire to form the links to beautiful brushed silver disks for an ultra-modern look with a bit of edge. Braided jump rings combined with 3mm sterling beads frame each glass bead, with a sterling figure-8 chain and handmade spiraling sterling silver "S" clasp, easy for right or left handers.The glass beads are about 1/2" diameter and 1" long, and the brushed silver disks are about 3/4" across. The necklace is 17" all around but I can easily add a bit of chain, adjusting the fit to order.
