Floral backpack - Amy Butler Lotus fabric SALE

Description

Finally, a pretty backpack! This one is a really practical size (approx. 12" wide x 15" tall x 4" deep) for carting around everything you need, but it's made of beautiful Amy Butler fabric from her Lotus line. This print is called Slate/Morning Glory.

It's combined with a dark slate grey solid fabric which was also used to create the piping. The front and back panels plus the handle and pockets are all in the same Amy Butler print. The interior has the slate gray fabric for the front and back with a lighter blue for the sides and bottom. This bag has a black 2-way zipper with bias tape pulls.

The backpack has wide comfortable straps (25" long) and a handle at the top. The straps and handle are all lined with fleece fabric inside to give them structure. The straps were double stitched in place for security.

There are great extra details such as a lined zippered pocket on the front (approx. 9" wide x 8" tall) and large lined inner pocket (approx. 9" wide x 7" tall). There is handsome piping around the front and back panels which give the bag a nice finished look. The front pocket has a zipper and a top flap.

The interior has bias tape covering the seams which prevents fraying and finishes the interior nicely. The main seams are all double (or more) stitched for strength.

The backpacks are fairly floppy, I've photographed them with a cushion inside so you can get the idea of how they would look full.
