Wise Woman Power Tea is a 100% organic blend of blackberry leaves, borage, nettle, dandelion leaves & roots and rosemary.

Drink 1 to 3 cups a day of this tea throughout your cycle to balance & strenghten your body and alleviate PMS from within.

-Blackberry leaves, like raspberry leaves, tone and stenghten the uterus. They're high in calcium and flavonoids.

-Nettle provides all the vitamins and trace minerals, including folic acid.

-Dandelion leaves & roots tone and strenghten the urinary system and the liver. Dandelion helps prevent water retention.

-Borage is an adrenal/nervine tonic and menstrual regulator (esp. the seeds). It aids the adrenal production of oestrogen/progesterone during menopause and helps to cope with stress. Borage fortifies the inner self, drives away sorrow & increases joy in the mind.

-Rosemary tonifies the nervous system, strenghtens the heart and increases/improves peripheral circulation. It has a stimulating effect on the body.
