This drop spindle is a light weight one, making it perfect for finer or shorter staple fibers, including angora, cashmere, silk, or alpaca (though they will also work for other types of fiber.)

This top-whorl drop spindle have very unique dalmatian jasper as the whorl. The background is creamy with black spots, like those lovely Dalmatians. The shaft is made of handcrafted wood with layering design of softwood. Pointy tip (but not sharp!) that will keep it spins when it reached the floor. Convenient size to take with you anywhere. This is a light-medium weight drop spindle that is best for finer or shorter fiber, including angora, cashmere, silk, or camel.
