Blue Teardrop Fused Dichroic Glass Pendant

Description

This pendant measures 1' x 1 7/8" excluding the silver plated bail. The glass used to created this pendant is dichroic fractures and streamers capped with clear glass.

The exciting feature of this pendant is how it can completely change looks depending on what is behind it. It looks deep blue against dark clothing and does an about face when featured against white or light colored clothes. The transparency of this piece is at its best against light objects. The colors are blue and green with black lines running throughout.

All the pieces you see in my shop have been carefully handcrafted one at a time in my home studio. I use all compatible glass and each piece is fused, ground and refired many times leaving no margin for error. I am a perfectionist and feel this is evident in my work.
