{ THE PROCESS }

At checkout, please include the details of your event. Including:
• Names as you would like them to read
• Date, time and location of event
• Return address to be printed on envelope flap
• Any other pertinent information such as a registry, RSVP info, etc.

If you don’t have all the details of your event hammered out, we are happy to begin your proof and edit details prior to final approval.

A PDF proof will be emailed to you. Up to three revisions can be made free of charge. Proof approval is required via email before production can begin.

When approving your proof, we recommend you print your proof then read your text using a ruler. Have two people read for errors and always triple check spellings of names and places as well as the accuracy of dates and times. You can’t be too careful!

We use professional photo processing. Our lab uses Kodak papers with a Matte Lustre finish. Photos are accepted via e-mail in JPEG format with minimum resolution of 300 dpi or original prints via mail. All originals will be returned with your final order.
