Shiva Lingam pendant - sterling silver
Description
A pendant with a naturally shaped Shiva Lingam stone from the sacred Narmada River area in India. These stones represent Shiva, the epitome of masculine power and attraction, but also creator of worlds and actually a means of worship is to suppress sexual energies and direct them to mental and spiritual development. The 3 bands of color represent the feminine energies, which is why this stone was carefully selected for visible and separate color banding. The stone was carefully drilled and a sterling silver pendant affixed. A sterling silver chain is included: 18" box chain. This stone is approximately 1"-1.25" long and .5" wide.
A non-worked stone from the Narmada River area in India. This listing is for ONE stone: hand selected 1" tall Shiva Lingam stone, making sure each has a visual representation of the 3 aspects of Shiva and the 3 elements, so each stone has 3 visible (and attractive) color separations, in tones of cinnamon, cream and chocolate brown, all against the deep gray of the Shiva Lingam stone.
A non-traditional "promise" gift is one possibility.
Remember "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom"? What happened when the Shiva Lingam stone was stolen?
