OOAK Autumn Leaves Wall Hanging

Description

These fuzzy leaves would look superb hung on a wall (as shown), at the top of a doorway, or over a window frame, and are made of 100% recycled plastic bottles!
We put endless amounts of love and close to endless amounts of patience into this creation.
First, we found a eucalyptus branch in our back yard and cut it to the perfect length.
Next, we found a wonderful assortment of environmentally friendly felts.
Then, we cut out leaves in various and enticing sizes and shapes, and sewed them into dangling strands. This part of the project was time consuming, as our sewing machine was experiencing technical difficulties, but it was well worth it. And to top it off, we stitched the strands directly to the branch to create this glorious wall hanging you see here, which all together took around three fun-filled hours. :)

ALL ITEMS ARE MADE IN A SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT.

Measurements:
Branch (end to end) is 18 and 1/2 inches.
Longest leaf strand is 19 and 1/2 inches.
Shortest leaf strand is 14 inches.
