Sketchbook Zippered Purse and Sunglasses Case set

My newest bag design--I'm crazy about the shape and feel of this bag.

Two of my most popular requests:
Jen, you should make more bags with zippers.
and...
Jen, you should make glasses cases.

I heard you! And I'm happy to present this new design.

Measurements:
bottom: 9.5 inches
top: 12.5 inches
depth: 3 inches
strap: 9 inch drop
pockets: 2 inside, 3.5 x 7 inches

This particular set is made with one of my favorite home-dec weight cottons of all time. I have had this print for over a year, and I've been waiting for the perfect design. Here it is! The strap fabric is an awesome geometric print, also heavier, home-dec weight, and it's a fabulous match. The zipper has a lovely beaded charm (zipper charms allow me to indulge my bead habit, which is another story for another time!).

This bag has a matching sunglasses case. The case's measurements are 3.5 x 7 inches.

Both the bag and the sunglasses case are reinforced with fusible interfacing. That means there are 4 layers to the bag--2 cotton, 2 interfacing--and 8 layers to the straps--4 cotton, 4 interfacing. My bags are tough!

I highly recommend hand washing and line drying your bag, as this will extend its life.
