Upcycled Map Journals with Japanese Case - Maine Set
Description
This set of 3 handmade blank journals was made using upcycled nautical maps (this set features the Sebascodegan Island and Quahog Bay in southwestern Maine). The books are 4 1/2" by 5 1/2", and are about 100 pages long. The pages are blank, so they are great as a journal or a sketchbook. The books are hand sewn and archivally cased in by hand.The four-fold box is made in a traditional Japanese style called shiho-chitsu and custom fits the contents.
