Droplet Earrings with Vintage Austrian Coins and Freshwater Pearls

Perfectly kitsch!These handmade earrings were crafted using little aluminum vintage coins from Austria. The coins are dated 1952 and 1954 and were polished by hand to bring out their details and shine. They’re accented with natural freshwater pearls dyed a rich lapis blue.
The earrings measure 1 3/8 inches in length and the coins are 3/4 of an inch across. The ear wires are stainless steel. Because the coins themselves are aluminium, these earrings are especially light on the ears.
