this skirt is size 0 and will fit from 12months up to 18 months

My skirts are made with elastic so they will fit your little one for some time.

XL (6/7) 23-24 inch waist, 13 inch length

Each skirt has a boutique label and hang tag. All seams are neatly finshed.
