She has a thyroid condition which is affecting her health, but the vet estimate is around $2,000: $200 for bloodwork, $1000 for the iodine treatment for her thyroid, $200 to ensure that the thyroid treatment worked, and $400 for dental care after her teeth started corroding from the subsequent problems due to the thyroid stopping. I am selling my car, my kimono, my craft supplies, and the things I make from them to pay for this until I have a job again.
