Caramel and Belgian Chocolate Covered Apple with Chopped Pecans - Serves 4 - Great for Parties - Gift Giving

An apple a day keeps the doctor away! Eat one of these and you're covered!
I take extra large Crispin apples (sweet and juicy) for these treats.
Each apple is then hand dipped in homemade caramel. Then they are chilled.
After the caramel has chilled and set, I then hand dip the caramel covered apples in Belgian chocolate and garnish them with chopped pecans.
Each apple weighs approximately 1.5 Lbs. and will serve four (4) people.
Each apple comes individually wrapped in a food safe plastic bag and secured with a ribbon.
