You simply put the wheat bag in the microwave (start at 1 minute, then heat at 10 second increments until desired warmth is reached) and heat it up and VOILA! You have a nice, warm wheat bag to put on your sore neck, back, even on top of your cramps.

Wheat is a great alternative to rice and corn bags because it retains heat and cold longer. Your bag will stay warm for about 10-20 minutes. You can also put your wheat bag inside a plastic freezer bag in the freezer in lieu of an ice pack, for those stiff or swollen muscles when heat is not a good option.

This particular bag measure approximately 9.5” long by 6” wide, which about 24.1 cm by 15.2 cm. This bag is made out 100% pre-washed cotton fabric exterior.

The interior is made out of an unbleached muslin fabric that is filled with the wheat berries and the scent of your choosing.

The exterior 'case' is the cotton fabric. This is great for if you need to take the outer fabric off and wash it.
