vintage fabric party pennant garland
Description
This colorful garland of pennants is made from an array of mostly vintage fabrics--each triangle hand "pinked" and secured with a strand of vintage emerald green bias tape. Each end is tacked in a loop for easy hanging and accented with a vintage yellow and white button.All of my items come from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
