Childbirth Labor Aromatherapy Organic Massage Oil Blend

Only vitamin E is used to preserve. No chemicals or synthetics. Only natural, organic ingredients are used. My oils come from sustainably-harvested sources and many are wildcrafted as well as organic.

Massage oil comes to you in a 2 oz. amber, green or blue plastic bottle with a flip cap. Keep this (and all aromatherapy oils) out of sunlight. Only use this from week 38 on, and during labor. During labor, massage it into your feet and inhale every hour or as you intuitively feel is needed.

To use:
* Gently swirl (better than shaking) around the bottle before opening
1. Bath: Add 4-6 drops to your bathtub once the water is drawn. Swirl around with your fingertips before entering the bath. All oils are slippery by nature, so be careful when leaving the bathtub.
2. Inhalation: Open the cap, breathe deeply 3 times. Or, place 2 drops on a handkerchief (it may stain) and breathe into it as needed.
3. Massage: Bring it with you when you get a pregnancy massage and ask the therapist to use it or add it to their oil. Or, massage this into your feet. Better yet, have someone else massage it into your feet!
