Two-Faced Friend Doll Kit with Vintage Materials--Blue Hair Girl

This kit contains most of what you need to make your very own Two-Faced Friend doll. The kit contains all the pre-cut fabric pieces needed to assemble the doll including vintage feed sack fabrics for the dress (blue and white cherry print) and nightdress (yellow and white flower print). In keeping with the Beeper Bebe commitment to using reclaimed materials, the body pieces are cut from reclaimed white cotton sheets. The kit also comes with pre-cut cotton flannel to fully line the doll, making the final construction sturdier. Also included are coordinating vintage buttons, vintage rickrack, wool felt shoes, hair and embellishments for the dresses, the embroidery design for the face, and fully illustrated instructions for making your doll. The fabrics, and other materials pictured in the kit in the listing are the actual feed sack fabrics and notions you will receive with this kit.

A Two-Faced Friend doll is like two dolls in one--on one side she is awake, smiling and wearing playclothes, and on the other side she is asleep and frowning wearing nightclothes. Your completed doll will measure approximately 10 inches from head to foot. Please note that the assembled dolls pictured in the listing are only an example of what a completed doll will look like and your actual fabrics will be those in the kit photos.

The kit will arrive sweetly packaged in a sewn brown paper envelope, made from recycled grocery bags.

The Two-Faced Friend doll is an original Beeper Bebe design.

Due to this doll's lovely vintage materials, it would best to surface clean her by hand only using gentle soaps and a kind touch. Please also note that due the doll's attractive vintage buttons, she is not a suitable toy for a child under the age of 3.
