butterfly wing pendant on black silk

Description

This beautiful and delicate butterfly wing pendant has been hand cut in sterling silver. It has a roughly sanded, muted finish which provides a lovely texture.

It is suspended on a strand of black natural silk thread and is completed with handmade sterling silver findings.

The necklace is approximately 44cm (17.3") long. If you require an alternative length, please let me know. I may also be able to change the colour of silk thread.

The silk is designed to be used in jewellery pieces and wears well. It can be handwashed as well as ironed if required.

The butterfly wing is approximately 3.8cm (1.5") at its longest point.

Please note that I individually handmake all of my jewellery. The item you purchase may differ slightly from the one photographed. This is part of the beauty of handmade work - no two items are ever identical.
