My exfoliating gloves are inspired from traditional Moroccan body care rituals that women there do either at home or at their local hammam (turkish bath).

This glove is hand knit with natural jute fiber and measures approx. 20cm / 7.5" x 15cm / 5.5". It fits a small to medium hand.

Exfoliating gloves are a more economical and environmentally-friendly alternative to body scrubs and spa treatments.

Choose among the 3 natural fibers:
-Jute (as shown on the picture)
-Himalayan Wild Nettle
OR
-Himalayan Hemp

>USE THEM DRY ON DRY SKIN (prior to shower is best). DO NOT RINSE OR WASH. While most people use them under the shower, these fibers are not meant to be wet: they don't dry well. That's the reason why wet gloves end up covered with molds and rot. That problem doesn't happen when the gloves are used properly.
>USE ON THE WHOLE BODY EXCEPT THE FACE. THEY CAN ALSO BE USED ON SPECIFIC AREAS (like thighs...etc) AVOID SENSITIVE AREAS.
>AVOID IF YOU HAVE A SENSITIVE SKIN.
>A LIGHT REDNESS OF THE SKIN IS NORMAL AND TEMPORARY. HOWEVER IF A SENSITIVITY/IRRITATION WERE TO OCCUR, DISCONTINUE USE OF THE GLOVE.
>DO NOT USE ON CHILDREN, BABIES AND ANIMALS.
>USE SPARINGLY DURING PREGNANCY.

You can use your glove until it starts wearing off. Since your glove is made of natural & biodegradable fibers, you can it to you compost pile or burn it in the fireplace (plants like ashes too).
