Recently, on my birthday, I was treated to dinner at The Herbfarm, which is this amazing restaurant where the meal is 8 courses, with wine pairings, all local and freshly prepared. This yarn was inspired by one of the dishes we had, smoked salmon stuffed inside a zucchini flower. This was dyed with tea and wine, rather than my usual acid dyes.This yarn is 100% Merino wool, 100 grams/420 yds, and should be hand-washed and laid flat to dry.
