Lemon Poppy Seed Jumbo Vegan Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream

It is no secret that we enjoy lemon cake. When we began playing in the kitchen we decided that we needed our own vegan version of the classic favorite. This jumbo cupcake is flavored with fresh squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, and a good dose of poppy seeds. Then topped with some vanilla buttercream icing and a pinch of poppy seeds, this cake is perfect with your favorite cup of tea.

This sale is for 2 jumbo cupcakes. Each cake stands 3-4 inches tall & is big enough to share with a friend.

For those with seed allergy concerns, these cakes do contain poppy seeds.

Due to the nature of shipping these cakes will be shipped with the icing on the side for you or your recipient to decorate with themselves. We’ll send the icing in a container ready to generously spread on the cakes. Each jumbo cupcake is wrapped to retain its moisture & packaged with lots of padding to ensure its safe arrival. Cute handwritten instructions on how to decorate the cakes will accompany your order. Our cupcake experience is interactive & there is lots of room for creativity!

Some of our customers decorate the cupcakes themselves & then deliver it to the final recipient(s). Or, we’ve also had customers ship directly to the recipient so that they may enjoy the creativity of decorating their own cupcakes. We’ve even had recipients email us with photos of their finished little works of art! We always love that!

All orders are made fresh from scratch, carefully packaged, & sent 2-3 day priority mail with delivery confirmation. Most orders are fulfilled in 1-2 days, however, depending on demand it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. In most cases we can rush an order if requested, but please check with us first.

We will deliver the cupcakes fully decorated within 25 miles of our location in NJ in place of shipping & Manhattan delivery via messenger is also available for an additional fee. Please convo us for more information.
