Redberry Lotus Fused Glass Pendant

Description

Each fused glass pendant is hand cut and assembled from compatible glass, fused in my kiln multiple times, and properly annealed for strength and durability.

This pendant was created using a base of ecru linen white glass. I then hand painted a design of a lotus flower with a berry red fusible enamel paint. A close, contemporary view of a beautifully petaled pond flower. I also layered clear glass on top for shine and depth. When fired in my kiln the painting becomes a permanent part of the glass. This stylish pendant measures 1 1/4 inches tall by a little over 1 inch wide, not including the bail. I've firmly attached a medium silver plated bail which would hang nicely from a chain or cord.
