These fantastic rings are made of unfinished birch wood that is either from Canada or Maine. It is completely "raw" wood, without any kind of finish, chemical or treatment.

I have hand sanded all rings (sanded, wet them, sanded them again) so they have a silky satin soft finish. Perfect for little (and big) hands to play with. :o)

I will use a woodburning tool to carefully write a child's NAME on the teething ring.
