this is a gorgeous vintage black velvet fitted dress with shoulder pads(could easily be cut out)with gorgeous pearly and gold buttons down the front and a big lace collar
there is also a removeable creamy white satin front panel(not shown) if it seems too revealing:)
Also looks gorgeous as a jacket
