Handspun wool/mohair yarn

Description

New purple yarn. BUT--this is not shiny spring-like purple. You know the kind, looking around to go with some pastels.

This is Fall Purple--a subtle swirl of purple with ice blue and red wine--the kind of yarn you use to make something to go with silver, gray, black or navy (and even brown if you are bold).

So down to the basics: there are 2 skeins of 80 yards each of handspun hand dyed single ply yarn. The yarn is a blend of 70% wool from Georgia and 30% mohair from Benny.

It is a heavy worsted spin and I would knit it with a size 9 or size 10 needle.

The yarn will felt in the machine and there will be a significant mohair "halo" to it.
