This image was originally taken on or before 1938 and was reprinted in an American publication, featuring ethnic / traditional fashions in 1956. The “JW/JoyandWhimsy” signature is not on actual item, just this scanned image. It seems to be a photograph that was intricately colored/painted over. Features short text blurb and page number below in white border that can be matted/framed over. Picture itself measures 7 ½ x 5 inches, set in a white border so including the border, the entire print measures 9 ½ x 6 inches.
